Meet Dr. Anthony Cortes (Southlake, TX)

Anthony Cortes, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in 2022 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology from Southwestern Adventist University in 2016.

Dr. Cortes specializes in medical optometry. Like the majority of his family, he had always known he wanted a career in the medical field. It wasn't until he was in college that he learned about optometry, which piqued his interest. Dr. Cortes is passionate about being able to help give his patients the gift of sight.

In Dr. Cortes’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying physically active, traveling, and playing with his Christian music ministry called Contagious Faith. Dr. Cortes is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
